My book review of 'Gressingham The Recipe Book' by Katie Fisher
The Gressingham duck has been farmed by the Buchanan family in Suffolk for 50 years - they are celebrating their anniversary in February 2021.
This recipe book has been published to mark this milestone and is full of beautiful glossy pictures and easy to follow recipes, many chosen by members of the family, while others have been devised by restaurateur Vernon Blackmore.
The book features a short history of the family and the development of the Gressingham duck.
