This event was sold out and everyone went home with a copy of the book to try the recipes straightaway.
Since the launch, so many of our guests from the night have been in touch to tell me how much they've been enjoying cooking from the book. Particular favourites are the mushrooms with halloumi, the pea parcels and the lamb.
