Susie Boyt on her new book 'The Small Hours'

Tuesday 13th November 2012, 7.30pm
Venue: Browsers Bookshop
Tickets: £3 redeemable against purchase of the book

The journalist, Financial Times columnist and novelist, Susie Boyt visited Browsers to answer questions about her new book 'The Small Hours' and her writing career to date.

Susie is the daughter of Lucian Freud and is probably best known for her non-fiction title, 'My Judy Garland Life', which is being produced as a play early next year.

Her new book, 'The Small Hours' is the story of Harriet who has opened an innovative nursery school but has to deal with her own past and family difficulties. It is a little bit sad, but also wry and amusing, and completely compelling!
